Back Together?! Jon Hamm's Girlfriend Moves Back In After Cozy Public Outing

Jennifer was spotted arriving at her ex’s house in L.A just little over just two months after the couple decided to call it quits. The 45-year-old actress was seen carrying several bags and a suitcase inside the actor's house.

The Mad Men actor and Westfeldt broke up after their 18-year-long relationship (the two never married).

The couple announced their official split on Sept. 7, after troubles seemed to have emerged in paradise last July, when a source revealed to Star that“the relationship just ran its course.”

The couple’s statement announced that: “With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.”

Despite rumors that Jon's drinking was to blame for the couples relationship problems (the actor landed a 30-day stay in rehab in the spring), other issues seemingly contributed to the couples imminent break-up.

The Kissing Jessica Stein actress reportedly could not cope with the actor’s lack of wanting to start a family. Already in 2012, Westfeldt stated, “I never thought I’d be this age and not have kids.”

Even though the 44-year-old-actor later stated: “I don’t have a driving force to have a baby. That said, I’m in a committed relationship, and if it ever came up, I’m not ruling it out,” the gesture seemed to be too little to late for his long-time girlfriend.

But with this new evidence on the horizon, seems like the couple might be willing to give their relationship another go!
