CBS This Morning host Norah O’Donnell is revealing what it’s been like to work at the network during two horrifying sexual misconduct scandals. First, her co-anchor Charlie Rose was accused of sexual harassment. Then, CBS President Les Moonves left the network after he faced multiple allegations. “I thought long and hard about it, and I decided I’m going to revisit exactly what I said the first time because it still holds. The harassment has to end,” she said.

But Norah is apparently optimistic about the future of CBS. Susan Zirinsky is taking over as President of CBS News in March, the first woman to ever hold the job. CBS, Norah claims, is the “best it’s ever been.”
