Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt ‘Working Through Issues’ as She Seemingly Shades Men in New Post
New parents Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are reportedly navigating relationship challenges — and her new Instagram Story seems to be throwing shade his way.
In a Friday, May 1 People report, a source revealed that the couple are “working through” issues just months after welcoming their daughter, Scottie Rose, in December 2025.
The source also told the outlet that the pair are adjusting to new parenthood while trying to figure things out together, with their baby girl remaining their “top priority.”
The same day that news broke about their relationship troubles, Hewitt took to Instagram to share a serene video of the sky and nature to her Instagram Story. The post, which didn’t reference the headlines, read: “fun fact, only women and their children live on earth.”
Prior to the news of trouble in paradise, Davidson, 32, had been candid about how fatherhood has shifted his perspective.
“Dad life is f**king awesome,” the Saturday Night Live alum previously told People in a March interview, calling it both “exhausting and rewarding.” He also praised Hewitt, 30, as a “fantastic mom.”
The couple, who began dating in 2025, named their daughter after Davidson’s late father, a New York City firefighter who died in the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.
