Olivia Wilde Was ‘Surprised’ to Find Out Ex Harry Styles Is Dating Her Friend Zoe Kravitz

Olivia Wilde was caught off guard to learn that her ex-boyfriend, Harry Styles, is romantically involved with her close friend Zoe Kravitz.

Wilde, 41, dated the former One Direction singer, 31, from early 2021 to November 2022 after they bonded on the set of her film, Don’t Worry Darling. Their relationship followed Wilde’s split from longtime partner Jason Sudeikis, with whom she shares two children, Otis and Daisy.

Though Styles has been linked to a long list of famous exes, including Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, his romance with Wilde appeared serious — and she was even rumored to be the inspiration behind his hit single “As It Was.”

In a story published on Thursday, September 11, Daily Mail reported that Wilde was “surprised” that “Harry is dating Zoe.”

“It always feels weird to her when Harry starts dating a new celebrity,” a source told the outlet, adding that Kravitz, 36, being part of Wilde’s inner circle makes the situation awkward. “It’s like, why her? Why does he have to date people she knows? It’s super awkward for her.”

Another source, however, insisted Wilde “doesn’t give a crap” because the relationship ended three years ago and she has since moved on with Caspar Jopling, the ex-husband of singer Ellie Goulding.

As Star previously reported, Styles and the Big Little Lies alum have been seen multiple times together in recent weeks. They were first spotted walking in Rome late last month before being photographed arm-in-arm in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

“They’re both super passionate about movies and art and music,” a source told Star, noting the pair are already “inseparable” and share “red hot chemistry.”
