Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Continent-Spanning Property Portfolio Amounts to More Than $40 Million
During their nearly two-decade marriage, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban built up extensive real estate holdings across three continents worth more than $40 million.
Divorce docs, however, indicate a fight over their large portfolio is unlikely, as they’ve told the court they have a private plan to divvy them up. While Keith has moved into his own place, Nicole is still living on the sprawling Nashville estate they purchased for $3.47 million in 2008 — the same year they bought a $4.7 million Beverly Hills home and a $6.5 million Australian farmhouse dubbed Bunya Hill, which is nestled on 110 acres outside Sydney.
The exes also, according to the Daily Mail, own at least six apartments in a luxury high-rise building that overlooks Sydney Harbor. Plus still more stunning apartments in NYC — one worth $10 million in the city’s Chelsea neighborhood as well as a $3.5 million Tribeca pied-à-terre. As for Europe? According to the Page Six, they also reportedly have a vacation home in Lisbon, Portugal.
