National Geographic’s ‘Cleopatra’s Last Secret’ Explores the Egyptian Queen’s Alleged Final Resting Place

The Egyptian queen has been dead for more than 2,000 years but secrets still surround her death by suicide via snake bite. Despite her fame, the location of her tomb has remained unknown.

For this series, Kathleen Martinez, a Cleopatra-obsessed lawyer-turned-archaeologist, has enlisted Titanic discoverer Bob Ballard to explore an underwater site believed to be the final resting place not only of the legendary queen, but of her husband, Roman general Marc Antony.

A must-see for history buffs, mystery fans and romance lovers. (Also streams on Disney+ and Hulu.)
