She’s back on the wagon! More than two months after going public with her relapse, Natasha Lyonne gave fans an update on her regained sobriety. “Proud to report this kid is doing a whole lot better & back on her feet,” the Poker Face actor, who’s admitted to using heroin and other illicit drugs, announced on X, thanking “our recovery community & the fans who stood by & were so supportive.” The 46-year-old added that she is “aiming to keep the journey somehow private, but look forward to sharing my experience, strength & hope as makes sense.”

Back in January, the actress took to social media to share that she had suffered a setback in her sobriety, reasoning in a since-deleted post that people are as “sick as our secrets” and urging others who were struggling not to “quit before the miracle.” Her troubles date back some 25 years. She was arrested twice, including being charged with a DUI in 2001 (she pleaded guilty and received six months’ probation.)

In 2006, she entered rehab. “I was definitely as good as dead,” she told Entertainment Weekly in 2012, adding, “People really rallied around me and pulled me up by my f**king bootstraps.” Now she wants to do the same for others, she said, writing on X, “My heart is with everyone ever going through it.”
