Back in August, Star exclusively revealed that Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are back together following the birth of their daughter, Saga — but the reunion reportedly threatened to inspire some family drama for the actress.
According to a source who spoke to the Daily Mail, the rapper — whose real name is Colson Baker — was reportedly not too pleased when Fox’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green offered to step in and help with Saga while the pair were on the outs.
“There’s no love lost between Brian and MGK,” the source told Daily Mail in a report published Wednesday, October 29. “When he heard Brian offered to be a father figure to Megan and MGK’s new baby, that jolted him to take over father duties and ultimately led to MGK and Megan rekindling.”
Green, 52 — who was married to Fox, 39, for a decade before she called it quits with him in 2020 before dating MGK, 35 — allegedly warned her the reunion would “end in tears, just like it has done many times in the past,” per the Daily Mail source.
“She tried to hide the fact they’re back together again because she knew what Brian’s reaction would be,” added the source. “Now it’s out in the open, she’s told Brian she’s owning it and knows exactly what she’s doing.”
MGK and Fox were involved in an on-again, off-again romance from July 2020 up until December 2024, when TMZ reported the pair had split up just weeks after announcing they were expecting a child. Meanwhile, Fox and Green share Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9.
Despite past tension, Fox is said to be on friendly terms with Green’s wife, Sharna Burgess, leaving some hope that there will be smoother coparenting days ahead.
“Megan and Sharna also have a great relationship even though it’s not on public display,” a second insider told Daily Mail.
