Kenna (Maika Monroe) served seven years in prison for a car accident that killed her baby daddy. Now a free woman, she wants to meet her young daughter, but his still-devastated family refuses. Ledger (Tyriq Withers), the late father’s (hot) best friend, is more forgiving and tries to help her reconnect with her child — and maybe give her a second chance at love.

Universal Pictures

Based on a novel by It Ends With Us author Colleen Hoover, it’s a compelling — and heartrending — story about who deserves a shot at redemption.

Reminders of Him | In theaters, Friday, March 13R
