Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s Hidden Hills Home Still on the Market, Exes Asking For Nearly $15 Million

Last year, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli quietly listed their 11,800-square-foot modern farmhouse in L.A.’s Hidden Hills enclave.
In the wake of their split news, it seems unloading their marital home — which they initially priced at $17.5 million — offered a clue their relationship was faltering.
They relisted the olive tree–lined property for $16.5 million in February then, over the summer — just three months before their separation was confirmed — cut the asking price to $14.95 million. It remains on the market.
When they purchased the stunning six-bedroom, nine-bathroom property for $9.5 million in August 2020 — the same month they were sentenced in the college admissions case — it was considered a downsize: They previously resided in a 12,000-square-foot home in L.A.’s Bel Air neighborhood they first priced at a jaw-dropping $35 million before ultimately unloading it for $18.75 million after using it as collateral for their $2 million bail amid their legal woes.
