Kylie Jenner ‘Isn’t Pressuring’ Timothee Chalamet to Propose, But Wants ‘Some Reassurances’

Time waits for no Jenner. A source says that after more than two years of dating, Kylie Jenner is antsy for an answer about her future with Timothée Chalamet. “Kylie isn’t pressuring him to propose,” insists the source, “because she knows that would drive him away and seem too desperate. She just wants some reassurances about where they’re at.”

Ever since their PDA-filled debut at a Beyoncé concert in September 2023, Kylie, 28, and Timothée, 29, have been attached at the hip (and mouth) for many a red carpet and sporting event.

But following their St. Tropez yacht vacay in July, they were forced to spend several weeks apart as Timothée jetted to Hungary to film Dune: Part Three. The separation was tough on the mom of two.

“Especially as rumors were circulating that Timmy was having a fine time without her and partying with the crew during breaks,” says the source. “She’s very affected by social media rumors.”

In mid-August, the makeup mogul and the A-lister finally managed a rendezvous in Budapest, as the source reveals Kylie “insisted” on flying in and grilling her beau. “She wanted to know how things will work when he’s back in the States,” adds the source. “She wants them to move in together, and she’s willing to fund it if Timmy agrees.”

As for the in-demand Timothée: “He’s caught between a rock and a hard place,” says the source. “He likes his independence, but the last thing he wants to do is drive Kylie away by being non-committal.”
