Krysten Ritter gave her followers a dose of dark glamour on Sunday, October 26, with a striking selfie posted to Instagram.

The 43-year-old actress, known for her roles in Marvel’s Jessica Jones and Dexter: Resurrection, dressed in a floor length black velvet gown with sheer, trailing sleeves.

Her dark hair contrasted against the deep tones of the dress. A bold red pendant necklace and matching lipstick added a sharp pop of color that was a perfect finishing touch for the spooky season.
