Kourtney Kardashian Protects Mason’s Privacy After False Pregnancy Rumors Surface

She memorably even let cameras into the delivery room back in 2010, when she dramatically pulled her first child from her body on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Now that the child, Mason, is 15, however, things have changed. On March 2, the mom of four-who also shares Penelope, 12, and 10-year-old Reign with ex Scott Disick and Rocky, 16 months, with husband Travis Barker – proved to be fiercely protective of the teen’s privacy. In a scathing post, the 45-year-old came out swinging against people spreading rumors that Mason had fathered a child.

“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true,” she posted. “They are not.” In recent years, Mason has stepped back from the family biz, no longer appearing on The Kardashians, though he does have an Instagram account. And, per his dad, he is dating. As Scott told his son’s aunt Khloé Kardashian on her podcast in January, “He’s starting to like girls, and obviously, girls like him.” The 41-year-old then shared the advice he’d given his son. “I just said, ‘You know, it’s like, you can do whatever you want, just don’t lie and don’t manipulate any girls.””
