After Kelly Osbourne’s frail appearance at several recent events prompted online speculation, the 41-year-old had some sharp words for those who criticized her slight frame in anonymous comments. “To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like ‘Are you ill?’’ or ‘Get off Ozempic, you don’t look right,’” the mom of one said in a video, adding, “My dad just died, and I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life. So to all those people, f**k off.”

Kelly’s mom, Sharon Osbourne, who lost her husband, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, at 76 in July, joined the fray. In an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, the 73-year-old revealed that her daughter was struggling with grief. “She’s not happy, she’s lost her daddy,” Sharon said. “She can’t eat right now.”
Last spring, Kelly revealed she’d dropped 85 lbs. by cutting out sugar and carbs, denying that she’d used a weight-loss drug. But it appears she’s shed even more, with some saying she’s lost up to 110 lbs. from her 5-foot-2 frame. An insider tells Star her devastation months after Ozzy’s death is a concern.

“It’s a real worry for friends and family to see her like this,” says the source. “Ozzy was her absolute hero.” As Kelly admitted, “I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand why people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is fine in my life when it’s not.”
