Nicole Kidman looked like she didn’t have a care in the world, traveling Down Under with her two teen daughters for the holidays. Letting her hair go back to its natural curls, the 58-year-old beamed at a holiday party and out with family.
Meanwhile, halfway around the world, her ex Keith Urban wasn’t having such a happy time. Per the pair’s custody plan, Nicole is the primary residential parent, spending 306 days a year with daughters Faith, 14, and Sunday, 17, while the country singer, also 58, is allowed just 59 days a year, alternating holidays.
“He’s hurting and there are some serious regrets starting to kick in,” an insider tells Star. “He misses the kids terribly and he’s finding it tough to deal with the harsh reality that his family is blown up.” Not to mention his finances. “Even if he and Nicole are keeping the divorce as amicable as possible,” says the source, “he’s plowing through a fortune.”
