The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Jen Affleck is ready to welcome her third child with husband Zac Affleck.
On Friday, June 27, the reality star, 26, took to TikTok to share a video that read, “POV: you start having contractions at your nail appointment” that she also captioned, “current update 💀🤣💅.”
Wearing a green-and-white striped two-piece outfit, Jen admitted in the video she’s “feeling great,” as she scrolled through her text messages. The next clip showed Jen timing her contractions and informing someone on the phone — presumably Zac — that she’s in labor.
The video features the mom-of-two — who, at one point, smiled as she did squats — standing calmly as a friend uses what appears to be a fetal doppler to check the baby’s heartbeat. In the next clip, Jen lay on the floor as the same friend seemingly checks her cervix.
It appears Jen had still not welcomed her child hours later, when the social media star followed up the TikTok video with a post shared on Instagram.
“POV: you saw that sprinting can induce labor,” the video — which was hashtagged 39 weeks, and featured Jen and Zac running up a hill — read.

It seems the couple — who share daughter Nora, 3, and son Lucas, 23 months — will do just about anything to bring their newest addition into the world: More than a week earlier, Zac shared a video of Jen hitting golf balls in the hopes of inducing labor.
In February, Jen announced she and Zac were growing their family, and the pregnancy played out on season 2 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
While filming, the MomTok star and Zac found out they were pregnant at the same time they were navigating marital woes — and Jen was dealing with personal issues. “I’m just scared because I’m not the person I want to be before bringing in another child,” she shared in a confessional at the time.
Jen — who took some time off from filming the Hulu series after finding out she was pregnant — previously opened up about seeking help in March. “It was definitely one of the most challenging and impactful experiences I’ve ever had 🤍,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Story. “Not the pregnancy journey I expected, but definitely what baby and I needed.”
Earlier this month, Jen revealed how she and her husband, who have been married since 2019, have navigated working on their relationship while being in the spotlight. “Something that Zac and I have done and something that we’ve worked on in therapy is really making our relationship a focus,” she told People. “That’s something that I now take pride in, but it’s a full-time job.”
