All hope is not lost for Harry Styles fans who missed out on getting tickets to one of his highly anticipated 30 shows at Madison Square Garden.
On Wednesday, April 22, the president of Ticketmaster, Saumil Mehta, released a statement on the company’s X page announcing they seized tickets from resellers for the 32-year-old pop star’s residency at MSG — which runs from August to October — as part of his Together, Together world tour.
“We caught scalpers using multiple accounts and fake identities to try to get around ticket limits and resell tickets for profit,” Mehta wrote. “We’ve canceled those tickets, none of which had been transferred to fans, and we are working with the tour to release them back to fans at the original price.”

Mehta noted in his statement that “No fan accounts were included in these cancellations and none of these tickets were sent to fans.”
“Scalpers often target the tickets that are the lowest price and/or super in-demand so they can flip them for the biggest markup,” Mehta explained. “This impacts many tours and Harry’s residency was a huge target. When fans go to request tickets, you’ll see the original prices set by the tour.”
As for the exact pricing of the tickets that will be made available, Mehta revealed that 19 percent are $50, 77 percent are under $95, and 100 percent are under $130, including fees.

According to information Ticketmaster shared on X, fans have over a 24-hour window to request the tickets beginning April 30 at 12 pm EST and lasting through May 1 at 5 pm EST.
“Anyone can request tickets but fans who don’t yet have tickets to the NYC shos [sic] will be prioritized,” per Ticketmaster.
Additionally, fans can get up to eight tickets total, with a maximum of four tickets at two separate shows.
