Hailey Bieber‘s sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, could be facing time behind bars after being arrested in Georgia in February 2024.
On Monday, January 26, prosecutors officially filed charges against Aronow, 33, which included four misdemeanor criminal offenses: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass, per court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

Aronow will appear in court on April 23 for her arraignment.
The Rhode founder, 29, and Aronow are both the children of Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin. In a 2024 interview with W Magazine, Hailey — who wed husbandJustin Bieber in 2019 — shared some remarks about her family.

“I had a fairly normal childhood,” she told the outlet. “Obviously, I come from the family that I come from, and I always recognized that that was different.”
“I’m not super close with my family at this point in my life because I feel like I’m very independent,” the model continued. “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family. But when I look back on my childhood and how I grew up, I have very fond, beautiful memories.”
