Gigi Hadid Isn’t ‘Pressuring’ Bradley Cooper to Propose, But She’s ‘Waiting For It to Happen’

Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid’s romance is still going strong, but behind the scenes, insiders say the actor’s hesitation around marriage has created some uncertainty.

“Gigi’s not pressuring him and has ordered everyone in her life to do the same, but it’s no secret she’s waiting for this to happen,” a source exclusively tells Star.

“Bradley talks about marrying her like it’s a sure thing but then he flips and says he’s stressed about lawyers and paperwork and prenups, so it’s very mixed messages,” the source says. “He really needs to get out of his own way and just do it because Gigi is a catch and she’s not going to wait forever.”

The speculation comes as Hadid’s close friend Taylor Swift‘s engagement to Travis Kelce broke the internet.

“Of course Gigi is thrilled for Taylor,” the source said, but admitted the milestone has also been a reminder of what Hadid doesn’t yet have.

Despite those concerns, other reporting paints a more stable picture. A source told People that the couple is “on the same page about what they want long-term, and they’re letting it happen naturally.” The two have been dating for two years and are focused on blending their families.

Hadid’s daughter Khai, 4, whom she shares with Zayn Malik, and Cooper’s daughter Lea, 8, from his relationship with Irina Shayk, reportedly get along well.

“Everyone can see how happy and relaxed she is with him,” the source said, adding that Gigi’s mom, Yolanda Hadid, especially notices how comfortable her daughter is when Cooper is around. “They’re not in a rush but what they have is solid.”
