Elvis Presley’s Heir Revealed to Be John Travolta’s Son After Riley Keough Donated Eggs, Lawsuit Claims

Elvis Presley’s legacy may continue to live on through the Travolta family, a bombshell new court filing reveals.

According to an amended complaint obtained by Star in a $50 million breach-of-contract lawsuit against Priscilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, the 80-year-old’s former business associates allege that Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s son Ben.

The National Enquirer was the first to report on the new legal docs, filed Tuesday, December 16, by Priscilla’s former associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.

In it, the plaintiffs claim that after Lisa Marie Presley’s death at age 54 in 2023, the singer’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, wanted the plaintiffs to use so-called family secrets “to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters.”

Lockwood allegedly told Kruse “that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant.”

It is unclear if a child resulted.

However, after the 2009 death of Travolta and Preston’s son Jett at age 16, Lockwood — who was married to Lisa Marie from 2006 to 2021 — claimed the Travoltas approached the Presleys again the next year asking for help.

“Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them,” the complaint reads, referring to her opioid addiction, “and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta” in November 2010.

The claims made in the complaint then suggest that Ben is Elvis and Priscilla’s biological great-grandchild, Lisa Marie’s biological grandchild and Riley’s biological son.

According to one exhibit in the court filing, a screenshot of a text message seemingly shows an unknown person texting someone who appears to be Priscilla a photo of Travolta with son Ben, writing: “There’s your beautiful great-grandson.”

Lisa Marie was Elvis’ only child. After his death in 1977, Priscilla welcomed son Navarone with Marco Garibaldi in March 1987.

Lisa Marie went on to have four children: Riley and son Benjamin (who died by suicide in 2020) with Danny Keough as well as daughters Harper and Finley with ex Lockwood.

In exchange for Riley’s eggs, according to the complaint, Lockwood claimed the actress, now 36, “was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.”

In response to the latest claims, Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, told TMZ, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” they added. “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

“Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint,” their attorney, Jordan Matthews, said in a statement to the Enquirer. “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
