As she stares down a big birthday this summer, Dua Lipa likes what she sees.
“I turn 30 in August and I’ve been thinking about it a lot,” she said in the current issue of British Vogue. “Because your 20s are just so tumultuous in the way you think about yourself and your body. And I don’t know, now I feel like I’ve come to a place — I’ve become better at taking care of myself and working out and dancing. I feel the most confident I’ve ever felt. I feel very empowered and strong in my body.”
The Albanian-British beauty, currently on her Radical Optimism tour, also confirmed her engagement to Masters of the Air actor Callum Turner — and shared her meet-cute with the 35-year-old.

“There’s a lot of Sliding Doors moments, we have so many friends in common,” she told the outlet.
She first bumped into him at a London restaurant then ran into him again a year later while out to diner with a friend. “And all of a sudden Callum shows up,” she said, adding that she thought, “Oh there’s that hot guy from the River Cafe.” When he asked her what book she was reading — Hernán Díaz’s Trust — it turned out he was reading it too.
Now, the “Be the One” singer is looking forward to planning their big day — sort of.
“I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be,” she added. “All of a sudden, I’m like: ‘Oh, what would I wear?’”
