Demi Lovato Marries Jordan Lutes in Star-Studded Santa Barbara Fairytale Ceremony
Dream wedding, check! Demi Lovato and Jordan “Jutes” Lutes pulled out all the stops for their Santa Barbara, Calif., nuptials on May 25.
“It was everything they wanted and more,” says a source of the vows at the historic oceanside Bellosguardo Estate before 135 loved ones.
Demi stunned in two custom Vivienne Westwood gowns; was serenaded for the first dance by the Goo Goo Dolls’ own John Rzeznik — which she deemed a “pinch-us moment” — and enlisted friend Paris Hilton to DJ the afterparty.
“Demi and Jordan were so happy,” says the source. “They were dancing on air.”
They also elicited some giggles with an impromptu Rock Paper Scissors showdown at the altar to determine who read their vows first.
“Jordan won,” Demi revealed, “so I went first.” Demi, 32, and Jordan, 34, who collaborated on several songs before officially coupling up in 2022, “can laugh and be silly together at the most surprising moments,” says the source. “It goes to show how well-matched they are.”
It was a long time coming. After her broken engagement from Max Ehrich in 2020, Demi confessed that she’d “felt fooled” by the romance, and “didn’t actually know the person I was engaged to.”
But meeting Jordan was the ultimate romantic redemption. “All that life has brought me to this moment,” she declared. “And it was more than worth it.”
