Kay Raine lost both of her legs to cancer before she turned 9, was told she’d probably need government assistance for the rest of her life, and is now earning as much as $200,000 in a single month on OnlyFans. That level of success comes with a very particular fanbase — and they have plenty of requests.

“The most common requests are from devotees, which is a whole community of people who are specifically into amputees,” Kay Raine said in a statement on Thursday, April 30. “They want crawling content, videos of my residual limbs, stuff like that. I’m used to it. The ones that get me are the people who clearly didn’t read my bio and ask me to do things that require legs.”

The content creator, who goes by @nolegsgirl on Instagram, said she first discovered the devotee community when she was 16. “This group of guys who are really into disabled girls and amputee girls, they’re called devotees,” she previously told the 2 Goons podcast. “Since I was like 17, they were all begging me to start an OnlyFans.” She waited until she was 19, launched her page, and within weeks a dance video racked up 23 million views. Her Instagram following jumped from around 4,000 to roughly 50,000 in her first month alone.

But devotees are only part of the picture.

“My subscribers are honestly all over the place in the best way,” Raine shared. “Some treat it like they’re placing an order — very specific, very polite. Then you’ve got the ones who are just genuinely curious about my life. How do I drive, how do I shower, do I feel phantom pain, can I swim? I get asked if I can swim at least five times a week. And then there are the ones who are weirdly sweet about it. They’ll send me long messages checking in on me, asking if I ate today, making sure I’m okay. I didn’t sign up for that, but honestly it’s kind of nice.”

Still, not every interaction is a positive one.

“There are people who show up just to be cruel,” she said. “They’ll subscribe, send something disgusting, and think they’re the first person to ever try that. You’re not original. You’re just blocked.”

According to the Amputee Coalition, roughly 2.3 million Americans are currently living with limb loss. Raine, who grew up in Petersburg, Virginia, said she spent most of her life being told what she couldn’t do. “I always felt very unique and different in a bad way,” she said in December 2025. “Now I’m finally starting to feel unique and different in a good way.”
