Brittany Mahomes is stronger than ever nearly two years after suffering a fractured back.
According to Page Six, the 30-year-old reposted an update from her trainer, Kirsty Rae, on Monday, January 5, with Rae revealing that Brittany spent “almost a year and a half rehabbing a broken back” marked by “severe pain and limited mobility” throughout 2024.
A video clip showed the mom of three powering through a deep squat with a loaded-up barbell on her shoulders, as part of her ongoing strength regimen.

Now nearly a year postpartum, Rae said Brittany is “progressively getting stronger every week,” calling her progress “proof that the body is capable of incredible things when you meet it with patience and intentional training.”
Brittany first disclosed her injury, per the outlet, in March 2024, a year after welcoming 3-year-old son Bronze, telling her followers that she was sharing her experience as “a girl with a fractured back.” She and husband Patrick Mahomes also share daughtersSterling, 4, and Golden, 11 months.

Brittany’s update comes as Patrick, also 30, tackles his own grueling rehab following ACL surgery last month. According to Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, the quarterback is “really attacking” his recovery. Doctors estimate a recovery timeline of roughly nine months.
