It’s not a good Friday for Blake Lively.

Ten of Lively’s 13 claims against It Ends With Us costar and director Justin Baldoni, including her sexual harassment allegations, were dismissed by a judge, and a source told journalist Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack that the Gossip Girl alum is taking the hit hard.

“She’s devastated,” the source said on Friday, April 3. “This is not the outcome she expected. She’s angry. She feels like her story isn’t being fully heard.”

However, the source noted that Lively, 38, is “not quitting” and instead, she’s “digging in.”

Because three of her claims are still going to trial, “this just became a different fight,” according to the source.

“She wants her day in court, and she’s determined to get it,” the source continued. “The pressure is higher now. She has less room for error — and a lot more to prove.”

In December 2024, the Simple Favor actress filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, 42, alleging misconduct on the set of It Ends With Us. She also claimed that the Jane the Virgin alum organized a retaliatory smear campaign against her.

Claims tied to harassment, defamation and conspiracy were thrown out, while Lively’s breach of contract claim and a FEHA retaliation claim against Wayfarer Studios will move forward to trial.

Hours after news broke that the majority of Lively’s claims were being dismissed on Thursday, April 2, Baldoni’s legal team responded.

“We’re very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants: Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel,” Alexandra Shapiro and Jonathan Bach of Shapiro Arato Bach said in a statement to People.

“These were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the Court for its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided,” the statement concluded. “What’s left is a significantly narrowed case, and we look forward to presenting our defense to the remaining claims in court.”
