ASAP Rocky is opening up about how parenthood has changed longtime love Rihanna.
Rocky (real name: Rakim Mayers) mused about the “Work” singer, 38, in a new interview with W Magazine, released on Tuesday, April 21, which featured Rihanna on the cover with the couple’s 6-month-old daughter, Rocki.
“She has changed a lot… because she became a mother in that time span,” the “Praise the Lord” rapper, 37, said, pointing to the growth that came with raising their three children — which includes sons Rza, 3, and Riot 2 — together.
But at her core, he says, she’s exactly who she’s always been: that girl.
“Philosophically, the way she operates is on another level. She is the most charming and genuine person on Earth. This woman has always been magic,” Rocky added. “The way she operates is on another level… her energy is unmatched — one of a kind. I just adore her.”

According to the outlet, these days the superstar couple, who first connected in the early 2010s and went public in 2020, enjoy low-key activities, like watching films and documentaries on the couch together instead of hitting the clubs.
The “Love On The Brain” singer has confided that hunkering down during a global pandemic helped her and Rocky realize they were to settle down together.
“Had it not been for COVID, we would’ve taken a lot more time to get comfortable with each other, to even know that we were ready,” she told Interview in a 2025 sitdown.
“I mean, we didn’t even really talk about [starting a family]. There was no denying it,” she added at the time. “It was the best thing that ever happened to us. It just happened.”
