Amy Schumer Reveals She’s ‘Moving Forward With No Regrets’ Amid Chris Fischer Split

Amy Schumer is heading into 2026 with her health on her mind.

The Trainwreck star, 44, shared a carousel of photos via Instagram on Sunday, January 4, including one where she posed in a red bikini.

In the first image, Schumer smiled at the camera in a strapless red bikini top that she paired with high waisted matching bottoms and posed with one hand on her hip. Other photos showed the Kinda Pregnant actress in a black one-piece, followed by a two-piece black bikini. In the final shots, she modeled a two-tone spaghetti strap one piece, photographed from behind.

“My mom took these photos of me while I was packing for a trip. And the last photo I’m on the trip. This year is about self care and self love,” Schumer captioned the set of pictures. “No makeup. No filter. @eres and @therow let’s all appreciate our health our families our friends and have the best year of our lives. Moving forward with no regrets. Just love.”

The I Feel Pretty star, who recently announced her separation from husband Chris Fischer, has been sharing the details of her health journey, which includes the use of a GLP-1 medication.

However, she made sure fans knew her weight loss wasn’t tied to vanity. As Star previously reported, Schumer said that she had been stricken with a disease that left her face so “puffy” it could have killed her.

Schumer previously revealed that she had been diagnosed with Cushing syndrome — a rare condition caused by having too much of the hormone cortisol in a person’s body, and in an Instagram post on December 1, 2025, she opened up about its effects.

“I didn’t lose 30lbs, I lost 50. Not to look hot which does feel fun and temporary. I did it to survive,” she wrote at the time. “I had a disease that makes your face extremely puffy that can kill you, but the internet caught it, and the disease has cleared.”
