It’s been a rough few months for Kendra Wilkinson, and she’s finally ready to open up about all of it. Just days ahead of the premiere of the new season of Kendra On Top, which will chronicle her second pregnancy and how she found out about reports that her husband, Hank Baskett, had cheated, the reality star is opening up about the scandal.
Everything started over the summer, when Kendra got a phone call from her agent regarding the rumor. “This happened five weeks after giving birth to my daughter,” she told E!’s Giuliana Rancic. “Here we are with our newborn baby and little Hank, and we get a call saying Hank cheated on me with a transsexual? I just laughed about it.”
According to the 29-year-old, Hank was right next to her when the phone call came in, and he immediately denied doing anything wrong. But then: “Stuff started to get real,” Kendra admitted. “There were claims of a polygraph test. There were pictures of my husband’s jeep at this person’s apartment.”
From there, she flushed her wedding rings down the toilet and kicked her husband out. “Even though I believed my husband cheated on me at the time, I still knew in my heart that he’s still a great father,” she said, which is what prompted her to tell him to take their 4-year-old son to New Mexico, away from the media.
“Overall, he was denying the whole thing,” Kendra explained. “I don’t know what to believe. Yes. I’m SERIOUSLY mad at Hank. I know something happened. Trust me, I’ve come very close to divorcing him already.”
At this point, months later, though, she still doesn’t know what she’s going to do. “I want to believe Hank, I don’t want to believe the transsexual,” she revealed. “But I have to just look at all the facts. I have to wait until Hank gets ready to open up.”
