Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross tied the knot Sunday night at the sprawling Connecticut estate of the groom’s mother, Diana Ross. The newlyweds were surrounded by friends and family including the bride’s big sister Jessica Simpson, who reportedly served as matron of honor.
It was a quick courtship for the couple who started dating in the summer of 2013 and announced their engagement via twitter this past January. “She’s the one,” the 26 year old Hunger Games: Mockingjay actor has said of his bride.
Simpson, 29, was previously married to rocker Pete Wentz. They share a son Bronx, 5, who walked his mother down the aisle. The bride wore $750,000 worth of Neil Lane jewelry at the bohemian themed celebration.
