Things are getting real serious, real fast between Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed! After being spotted together on multiple occasions over the last few weeks, the pair has already taken a major step in their relationship, and adopted a pet together.
The Vampires Diaries star shared the news on Instagram Tuesday, showing off a photo of himself giving the couple’s new horse a hug. “Proud new dad… What amazing creatures they are. Wow. His name is Eagle. Thank you @iamnikkireed for snapping this special moment, with our big baby boy,” he captioned the pic.
Ian and Nikki first went public with their relationship in mid-July, when they were photographed going for a jog together. Beforehand, the Twilight star was married to American Idol alum Paul McDonald, but she filed for divorce in May.
