Chris Colfer is sticking around for Season 6 (although a Twitter hacker would’ve liked us to believe differently), but another original Glee cast member is on the outs next year! According to E!, Naya Rivera will not return as a series regular for the show’s final season.
However, the site reports that the actress will remain on the show in some capacity, and make guest appearances in an undisclosed amount of episodes. It was allegedly her decision to only appear as a recurring character, which Fox supported.
The news comes after reports that Naya had been fired from the show due to an on-set feud with Lea Michele earlier this year. Both Fox and the 27-year-old have yet to comment on the newest reports.
