There’s no time for Twitter when you’re recovering from a breakup. On Wednesday, Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell’s rep announced that the couple have decided to separate, and now, the actress is taking a break from social media.
“Twitter break for a while….to be continued,” she wrote on her Twitter page after the news was revealed.
Evan and Jamie met on the set of Green Day’s Wake Me Up When September Ends music video ten years ago. They broke things off in 2006, but reconnected five years later, and tied the knot in October 2012. Last July, the Ides of March star gave birth to she and Jamie’s son.
According to the rep, the breakup was mutual, and the pair plan to remain close friends while co-parenting their child.
