The show must go on — but it may do so without Mark Ballas. The pro dancer was seriously injured during a Dancing With the Stars rehearsal on Sunday, just one day before the Season 18 finale.
Mark is partnered with Candace Cameron-Bure, and the pair is just one of four couples left vying for the mirror ball trophy. A rep confirms that the 27-year-old popped his shoulder out while practicing a lift for the highly-anticipated, two-day final.
He was taken to a hospital, and as of now, it is still unclear whether or not he’ll perform Monday night. As a precaution, another pro dancer will learn Candace’s routines and perform them with her if need be.
