It may be business as usual on the set of Glee, but Lea Michele is obviously still personally dealing with the death of her off-screen boyfriend Cory Monteith. Taking advantage of the holiday weekend, the actress went away for a weekend of relaxation with her longtime friend and former co-star, Jonathan Groff.
The duo took off on Saturday morning and drove up a scenic route through Malibu to Santa Barbara. On Monday, Lea shared a photograph of herself nestled in a cave, overlooking a gorgeous scene of mountains. “Enjoying this Labor Day tucked away in the mountains, breathing in the fresh air! Have a beautiful day,” she wrote.
The 27-year-old celebrated her birthday on Thursday, so her weekend getaway was doubly deserved.
