Jessica Alba was recently faced with an honest—and ugly—truth when her Honest Company Beauty pop-up shop landed with a thud. A source connected with the temporary store at The Grove mall in L.A. says that Jessica flipped out when she saw that sales were flatlining.

But customers disagree. While Jessica's Honest baby products have been a hit, her new beauty and body division is not only a dud, but she's actually facing a lawsuit over her allegedly ineffective sunscreen.

"She needs to take a closer look at what ingredients are in her skin care," explains the insider, who tested Jessica's concealer on her ethnic skin. "The cream for darker skin tones feels like a heavy and chalky mask. The packaging might be pretty, but that's it. It seems like a gimmicky scam!"
