Ever since Lamar Odom began training for his career comeback, he’s kept a relatively low profile. That wasn’t the case over the summer, though, when the pro basketball player made headlines daily because of multiple reported affairs and drug use.
On Monday, Khloe Kardashian’s husband struck a plea deal for his DUI arrest from Aug. 30. After pleading not guilty in October, Lamar entered a no contest plea in exchange for 36 months probation. Additionally, he has to pay over $1800 in fines and complete an alcohol education course by June.
Lamar was pulled over in the wee hours of the morning for driving erratically at 50 mph in a 65 mph zone. He was unable to perform the field sobriety test, and subsequently refused a chemical test, which is when he was arrested. He was released a few hours later on $15,000 bail. After the incident, the 34-year-old’s license was suspended for one year, which still stands.
