CELEBS make the most ridiculous demands when they hit the road, but the only thing Janet Jackson wants when she heads out on her State of the World tour in September is custody of her son, Eissa.
While it’s been reported that the “Rhythm Nation” singer, 51, has promised that her brother Randy will be on hand to babysit the 6-month-old boy, estranged husband Wissam Al Mana “won’t sign off on the arrangement,” a source tells Star. “He’s never been a fan of Janet’s family and doesn’t think tour buses and private jets are any place to raise a child.”
To pacify the 42-year-old Qatari businessman, Janet is preparing to pull her golden parachute: a $200 million divorce payout. “She told Wissam that she won’t take a dime of his money so long as he lets her take Eissa with her,” reveals the source. “Her friends think she’s crazy to walk away from that kind of cash, but Janet figures she’ll be earning plenty of money now that she’s back in the studio.”
