RadarOnline.com obtained court documents where the Fulton County Superior Court judge slammed Nick for his lack of participation and ruled that a jury will determine the damages amount.
Nick did not show up to a Sept. 16 trial date for a hearing in the lawsuit filed by her estate that accused him of assaulting and taking money from Brown.
