Cancer Stricken Big Ang In The Hospital Again — Her 'Mob Wives' Co Stars React To Her Health Crisis

Angela “Big Ang” Raiola was in the hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 19 due to her ongoing battle with cancer.

The 55-year-old explained to RadarOnline that she “just goes for blood work. Everything is good.”

“Every three months, I go for a CAT scan and blood work for the next five years,” she said while confirming that she is still in remission from her April 2015 throat cancer diagnosis.

Her Mob Wives co-stars opened up to Star exclusively about their relationships with Ang — and despite their drama, offer her love and support.

Watch Drita D’Avanzo open up in the video above.

“She’s going through a lot and we’re there to support her,” Carla Facciolo told Star. “We’re always making sure — ‘how are you doing today’ — we want to keep her spirits up. She is a strong woman. She’s a fighter and we just want to be there to support her.”

Renee Graziano echoed Carla’s sentiments, saying “this is more serious than a lot of other things that we’ve dealt with [as a cast]. I wish her nothing but health and happiness.”

“I think this season people always focus on the drama and the fighting but the real MVP of the whole show is Ang cause she’s fighting the toughest fight,” Karen Gravano said. “I’m very proud of her. She has a very strong family unit that’s there to support her.”

But — that unit may not be as strong as it appears.

Ang confessed to Radar that she has been separated from her husband Neil Murphy, 43, for a month and a half.

“I just felt like Neil just doesn’t do the right thing and I don’t need to be with somebody who doesn’t support me and I don’t need him,” she said. “And I just think that it’s done. I lost it. You just lose it.”

“I’m sure he doesn’t [feel that it’s done], but too bad,” she concluded.
