Upcoming Book ‘Fast Yourself Fit’ Can Help You Achieve Your Dream Wedding Body

As wedding season approaches, many brides-to-be find themselves in search of effective methods to achieve their ideal wedding day look, and a new book from fasting and accountability coach Emma Van Carlen aims to help them do just that.

In her debut book, “Fast Yourself Fit: Using Fasting and Low-Carb Eating to Lose Weight and Feel Great,” Van Carlen shares her insights and lessons from her own weight loss journey, alongside scientific research that supports fasting for weight loss.

After struggling with her weight throughout her adult life, Van Carlen understands the frustration of fas dieting and counting calories with little to no long-term results. In 2019, with her own wedding approaching, she lost 30 pounds by intermittent fasting and eating a ketogenic diet.

Now, she wants to teach other brides-to-be how to quickly and healthily achieve their goal weight by combining fasting with a low-carb diet — no gym membership required.

In ‘Fast Yourself Fit,” Van Carlen explains the history of fasting as well as the mechanics, including how to break your fast correctly. The book covers the “12 Fundamentals of Fasting for Weight Loss,” and delves into the hormonal foundations of weight gain and how to use fasting to rebalance hormones.

Even once the weight is off, Van Carlen offers guidance for how to maintain weight loss with mindful eating techniques.
