‘Summer House’ Star Ciara Miller Reveals Brutal Reason Amanda Batula, West Wilson’s Romance Could Last

Part one of the Summer House season 10 reunion aired on Tuesday, May 26 — and Ciara Miller did not hold back when it came to her former best friend Amanda Batula and ex-boyfriend West Wilson, whose shocking relationship has blindsided their castmates.

After spending much of the reunion trading barbs with the new couple, Miller delivered her harshest comments in the episode’s final moments while discussing whether Batula, 34, and 31-year-old Wilson’s relationship could actually go the distance.

“She’s very mute, she’s gonna be that weak figure that he needs and he can always be the star in the relationship,” Miller said.

Miller, 30, went on to say that Batula’s quieter personality makes her a good match for Wilson because she’s “not going to check him on anything.”

“So I actually think maybe it could work,” Miller, who works as a model and a travel nurse outside of reality TV, concluded.

The comments visibly stunned Kyle Cooke, Batula’s estranged husband. The pair announced their separation in January after 10 years together.

“That was a little harsh,” Cooke, 43, quietly told Miller.

Miller refused to walk back her comments. “That’s your wife. She’s not my wife.”

“You have every right to feel the way that you feel, but that was hard for me to hear,” Cooke continued, appearing emotional.

Despite publicly announcing their split months ago, Batula and Cooke have yet to file for divorce. Batula revealed during Tuesday’s episode that she has secured a legal team.

Tuesday’s explosive episode was only the beginning. Two more reunion episodes are set to air next Tuesday, June 2, and the following week on June 9.

Miller and Wilson previously dated during season 8 of Summer House but ultimately split after Wilson hesitated to commit to an exclusive relationship.

By the end of summer 2025 — when season 10 was filmed — the former couple shared a makeout session during the season finale.

Meanwhile, off-screen speculation surrounding Wilson and Batula has continued to intensify. On the same day the reunion aired, celebrity gossip Instagram account Deux Moi posted a photo appearing to show the pair together at an airport, with reports claiming they jetted off to Italy to avoid backlash surrounding their relationship.
