Simone Biles Reveals Breast Augmentation Details, Admits She ‘Did Freak Out’ Seeing the Results

Simone Biles is telling all about her breast augmentation.

The Olympic legend, 28, got brutally honest with fans in a new TikTok, breaking down every step of the cosmetic surgery she underwent on June 16.

“OK… what everyone has been waiting for… let’s talk about it,” Biles teased, propping her hands under her chest for emphasis.

The gold medalist shared that she chose Houston-based plastic surgeon Dr. Kriti Mohan and ultimately went with 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants, explaining that her petite 4’8″, 105-pound frame ruled out the larger 330cc option.

“The 330 would not fit,” she laughed.

But the recovery? Brutal. “Y’all lied. This sh**t hurts… so bad,” Biles admitted. “Your girl could not move by herself.”

The athlete explained that husband Jonathan Owens — whom she married in 2023 — had to physically lift her out of bed during those first painful days.

When she finally saw her new silhouette, she panicked.

“I did freak out… they were to my neck,” Biles said, joking they looked “like aliens at first.” At one point, she even begged her doctor to take them out.

Fortunately, her implants settled exactly as promised. “And now they’re perfect,” she beamed.

Her fans seem to think so too. “They look SO good and natural,” one wrote in the comment section of the TikTok video.
