Dominic Cascio Sr., first met Michael Jackson while working as the general manager at the Helmsley Palace Hotel in New York City in the 1980s. Over the years, he would go on to become good friends with the King of Pop. Michael even invited Dominic and his wife, Connie, along with their five children, on tour and to his California home, Neverland Ranch — sometimes celebrating holidays with the family. “My parents were young. For them to have such a big celebrity want to be friends with them … they definitely felt special, and so did we,” their son Eddie, now 43, told 60 Minutes Australia, via Daily Mail. “He made us feel like we were his family, his kids, his everything.”

Behind closed doors, however, a nightmare was unfolding. In a new lawsuit, Eddie and his siblings, Dominic, 39, Marie-Nicole, 37 and Aldo, 35, allege that the “Smooth Criminal” singer sexually assaulted each of them. (Per The New York Times, their brother Frank says he was abused as well but cannot join their suit for legal reasons.) “Michael Jackson was a serial child predator who, over the course of more than a decade, drugged, raped and sexually assaulted each of the Plaintiffs, beginning when some of them were as young as seven or eight,” the complaint states, via Variety. “He plied them with drugs and alcohol. He showed them pornography, including pictures of unclothed children, to normalize the abuse and desensitize them. He made them fear and distrust others by convincing them that not only his life, but also their lives and the lives of their family members, would be destroyed if anyone found out what he was doing to them.”
Disturbing Allegations

For Eddie, the abuse allegedly began at age 11 when he and his family joined Michael on the 1993 Dangerous Tour. “That’s when Michael started to get closer and started rubbing me on my legs,” he told 60 Minutes Australia, per Daily Mail. “I was sitting on his lap, and that’s when the first kiss happened, where he kissed me on the lips.” By age 16, Eddie claims that Michael was “penetrating” him, The Sun reported. Marie-Nicole was just 12 when the pop star would make her undress, masturbating while he watched. “He just kept saying, ‘This is normal,’ ” she recalled, per Variety.
With Dominic, Michael allegedly played a game called “booty rumble,” The Sun reported. “He would lay me on top of him with my genitals against his. While he would shake, he would kind of push up against me,” he claimed. “He would [also] drink my urine and tell me, ‘This is how much I love you.’ I’m maybe 12 years old at the time.” Aldo recalled lying in bed with the superstar at age 7 while they played video games. “He just pulled down my shorts and started giving me oral sex,” he alleged, per The Sun. “And he’d [say] right away, ‘Doesn’t that feel good?’ ”
Not Alone

The Cascio siblings are not the first to allege that Michael, who died as the result of a drug overdose in 2009, had abused them. A 1993 civil case was settled out of court, with the singer not admitting guilt, and he was found not guilty in 2005 child molestation trial. Yet, the Cascios initially denied being abused by Michael in a 2010 TV interview. But after watching HBO’s 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland, they were “deprogrammed,” their lawsuit states. The siblings reached an agreement with Michael’s estate in 2020 — approximately $16 million to be paid out over five years, per the Times — and when those payments neared their end in 2024, the Cascio family was told the estate was willing to increase the payout to “ensure” their “continued silence,” according to the complaint. But once the siblings lawyered up and demanded more money, they claim Michael’s estate began leaking “false and defamatory statements” accusing them of blackmail.
In a statement to 60 Minutes Australia, shared on its Instagram account, attorney Marty Singer called the Cascio siblings’ lawsuit a “desperate money grab” and noted that their brother Frank, 44, “is already being sued in arbitration for civil extortion.” As for Michael’s children, they are “well aware” of the new allegations, a source tells Star. Sons Prince, 29, and Bigi, 24, “are more reserved in terms of what they say about their dad,” admits the source. “The consensus is that they choose to believe he was innocent.” Daughter Paris, 29, is “not so sympathetic,” the source reveals. “The consensus in her circle is that she’s starting to realize that the claims against her dad were not without merit, put it that way.”
