Todd Chrisley came out of prison in tip-top shape.

On Wednesday, May 28, Savannah Chrisley shared a video on her Instagram Story of Todd, 56, showing off his buff physique after she picked him up from prison in Pensacola, Florida. The clip marked the internet’s first look at the reality TV star following his time behind bars.

Savannah, 27, filmed the video from the passenger seat of the car as the Chrisley Knows Best alum sat in the backseat wearing a long-sleeve green T-shirt, black shorts and a pair of sneakers.

“What are you trying to get me to do?” the Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast host asked.

“Feel that muscle,” Todd, whose face was not visible, responded.

“Oh yeah, feel the muscle! Y’all, I’m not gonna lie, it’s hard,” she admitted as she felt her dad’s arm.

“Todd’s jacked,” Todd chimed in, speaking in third person.

President Donald Trump pardoned both Todd and Julie Chrisley on Tuesday, May 27. The husband-and-wife duo were convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud in 2022.

In a separate story, Savannah chronicled her nausea from the car ride home, telling followers, “We’re getting home as I puke the whole way. I’ve got Todd over here being dramatic.”

“I can smell it,” Todd quipped. “I didn’t have to deal with this in prison.”

“Todd is no help,” Savannah captioned the clip with an upside-down smiling emoji, adding, “Help…”

Ahead of her father’s release, Savannah spoke to the press outside of the prison, telling Access Hollywood, “We want to get home. We want to be reunited. It’s gonna take a while. They’ve been behind walls for two and a half years. And they thought they were gonna be here for 12 and seven years… there’s gonna be some PTSD.”

Savannah also explained that her brother, Chase Chrisley, was picking Julie, 52, up from prison in Lexington, Kentucky.

In a statement to Star on Tuesday, Chase shared, “I am grateful to God and extremely grateful to President Trump and his entire administration. I’m beyond thankful to finally have my parents back home and my family together again!”
