Meghan King, who appeared as a main cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County for three seasons, has reportedly lost custody of the three children she shares with ex-husband Jim Edmonds.
The 41-year-old reality star, who was married to the former baseball player from 2014 until their divorce was finalized in 2021, was investigated by Child Protective Services following a call made by a school employee, Us Weekly reported on Wednesday, November 19.
A source told the publication that King was granted supervised visitation but that the decision is temporary. A hearing will reportedly be held in early December regarding the arrangement.

King and Edmonds, 55, previously shared joint custody of daughter Aspen, 8, and 7-year-old twins Hart and Hayes. (The sports broadcaster is also a father to four other children from previous relationships.)
It is unclear as to why CPS was called by a school employee. However, Us previously reported that Edmonds’ current wife, Kortnie, called authorities on May 1 following a dispute with King, who allegedly entered the couple’s residence without permission.
King claimed she went to the home to drop off clothes for daughter Aspen and contacted Edmonds beforehand.
According to the publication, no arrests were made at the time, but Kortnie filed for a restraining order the following day. She dismissed the case after reaching an agreement with King in June.

King told authorities that Edmonds was “emotionally abusive.”
In response, his rep told Us Weekly, “As usual, Meghan is telling tales. Her and Jim barely communicate, so if someone is emotionally abusing her, it’s not Jim.”
“Jim is an active and present father to all his children,” the rep added. “The unfortunate part of all this is that it’s the kids who suffer the most. Jim has always been willing to coparent in a respectful and productive way however Meghan has yet to reciprocate.”
