Pink is responding to recent reports claiming she and Carey Hart have gone their separate ways.

In a video posted on Instagram on Thursday, February 26, the “Just Give Me a Reason” singer, 46, said, “So I was just alerted to the fact that I am separated from my husband. I didn’t know.” After listing a series of “real news” that she believed are more important, she added: “Fake news, not true.”

“Like I always say. If you don’t hear it from me, don’t believe the hype. Stay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!” Pink (real name: Alecia Moore) captioned the video.

In a People story published Thursday, February 26, a source claimed the pair — who share daughter Willow, 14, and son Jameson, 9 — had called it quits after two decades of marriage.

The pop singer and the former pro motocross racer, 50, tied the knot January 7, 2006, but separated in 2008. One year later, Pink and Hart reconciled, with the athlete telling People at the time he and the three-time Grammy Award winner were “rebuilding,” and explaining, “sometimes you have to take a couple of steps backwards to move forward.”

In a 2021 People cover story, the “So What” hitmaker expressed her commitment to her marriage.

“I think it’s an impossible expectation for you to think that you’re going to evolve at exactly the same pace as another person in exactly the same direction. So it takes work to redefine what’s important,” she told the outlet. “I don’t want to break up my family. That’s been my main goal, since I had a broken family. Sometimes you have to let it go. You can’t die on every mountain.”

In January 2025, Pink posted a heartfelt Instagram tribute in honor of her and Hart’s 19th wedding anniversary.

“19 years ago on a beach in Costa Rica we both took a chance we weren’t sure we even believed in. I’m so glad we did,” she captioned a sweet snap of her and Hart. “I’ve been with you longer than I haven’t. You’ve been my one constant.”

“You have loved me, hated me, and loved me again,” she continued. “I love our story no matter what gets written. It is gritty and sweet. Thank you for being by my side all these years. I love you forever @hartluck.”
