A preliminary hearing has been set in former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel’s sexual assault case. He’ll head to court November 5, according to ABC News 4, when a judge will decide whether to send the case to trial. “While inside the location, the defendant undressed and made sexual advances on the victim. The defendant grabbed the victim’s hand and placed it on his penis before attempting to remove the victim’s clothing,” the Charleston Police Department Description of Offense stated, according to
Radar.
