Heartbreaking Way Celine Dion's Twins Are Coping With The Tragic Loss Of Dad René Angélil

Four months after Celine Dion's husband René Angélil tragically lost his years-long battle to cancer, she's finally opening up about how her family is doing.  

The music producer had older children from a previous marriage and three kids with Celine, 14-year-old son René Charles and 5-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy. Now, Celine, 48, told PEOPLE Magazine how she addressed their dad's death with the youngest left behind.  

After a couple of days had passed, the music legend threw her children a glitter and balloon-filled party, during which the told them about the sad news.  

"I did not want to relate the passing to doctors and have them be afraid," Celine said, so with the help of Disney — specifically, the movie Up — she told the twins that "Papa" had "gone up" with the help of balloons, much like in the animated motion picture.  

"It's the thing I'm most proud of," she said about easing her kids into the concept of death.

"I see René in all three of them," she said about her children. "Not one moment do I feel like they're looking for him and questioning."
