Tamar Braxton was in a singing mood after being released from the hospital November 17 – and she was happy to let the world know just how excited she was!

In the parking lot of a pharmacy later on that day – when a photog asked if she was 100 percent – the "Love and War" singer said that although she isn't completely better, she's on the mend and grateful to be out of the hospital.

It was dramatic for the Braxton Family Values star when she was rushed to the hospital during DWTS rehearsals on Nov. 9 for what was originally suspected to be pneumonia. But the diagnosis was much worse - the the beautiful mom was suffering from blood clots in her lungs.

But the 38-year-old was not deterred, and promptly hightailed it right back to the studio in time for the second number of the live show later on that night, saving her from automatic elimination.

Sadly, despite her best efforts, the singer announced on Nov. 11 that she'd be dropping out of the competition to take care of her health. Tamar's supportive and loyal partner, 29-year-old Valentin Chmerkovskiy was right by her side, visiting her in the hospital, and even sitting in for her as co-host on her daytime talk show, The Real on November 13.
