“The doctor excitedly said ‘OHMYGOD what did you do? You’re not even prediabetic!’” she wrote.

“I know these numbers are because I have been off #sugar since March 2018,” she explained.

“When my son Jeffrey asked ‘Mommy if you die who’s going to be my bodyguard’ I knew I had to make lifestyle changes or I would die,” the former The View host said of her 14-year-old son.

“I feel so good right now I could scream. Just want to encourage you that this can be done,” she wrote.
